The business is small on purpose. Ahmed Khalil is the owner and the lead painter on every job. There is no sales rep that hands you off to a stranger after the contract. The person who walks the property and writes the quote is the same person who runs the brush on day one. Most projects use a tight crew of two to four painters, all working under Ahmed's direct supervision.
Our typical project starts with a free on-site walkthrough. Ahmed measures the space, notes prep work that is needed, talks through colour and finish options, and writes a line-item written quote that lays out exactly what is included. No verbal handshakes, no surprise charges. If the numbers work, we book a start date that fits your schedule. If you need to think about it, you keep the quote and there is no follow-up pressure.
Once work begins, we protect the worksite the way we would protect our own. Drop sheets on every floor, plastic on every fixture, careful masking on every adjacent surface. We use Benjamin Moore and Dulux on walls and trim and Renner and Envirolak on cabinet and millwork projects. We finish the day with a clean job site so you can still live in your home while we work.
Every project closes with a final walkthrough, a touch-up pass for any spots you flag, and a signed 1-year written warranty certificate handed to you in person. If anything fails inside that year due to our workmanship, we come back and fix it at no charge. That is the part most local painters skip and we put it in writing on every job.
