The land south of Lake Nipissing's southwest arm is working farm country - dairy, beef, grain, and lumber operations spread across the corridor between Verner, Cache Bay, and Field. French-Canadian heritage farmhouses
A lot of the housing stock in and around the village of Verner is pre-war and inter-war French-Canadian heritage - wood and stucco farmhouses with the classic white-with-coloured-trim aesthetic (white field, red, green, navy, or burgundy trim and accent doors). We respect that look on repaints rather than modernizing it away: period-correct sheen levels, traditional palette guidance, and trim profiles preserved rather than caulked flat. If your project is on the smaller side, we'll often slot it alongside a larger Sturgeon Falls or Verner job already on the calendar so the mobilization works out.
